Hello everyone. March was a very busy month. The furkids are very happy to be sheared. I moved the baby in with the other boys and I think everyone is happy now. We had a small storm last week and the wind took the top of one of my trees in the back pasture right off. Had it cut down today. Trees are a never ending battle here. It was also time to go and get a hay order and on the way back the cargo trailer had a tire blow and I had to have it towed to a tire repair shop and then had to buy two new tires. Many many thanks to my good friend, Sonny, that drives my trailer to get my hay for me as I sure tied up his whole day yesterday. He and his wife, Betty Rae, are jus the best friends ever. My garden is looking good as I planted cucumbers, tomatoes, green peppers and a few gourds. I just ca in from watering it and something decided to have three plants of gourd leaves for dinner. I now have that bed of plants behind fencing as well.
You may have noticed I did not talk about the current situation and I am just trying to stay positive about the whole thing, As most of you know, I am not one to travel all over the place and pretty much stay at home so that is not bothering me in the least. I wish everyone stay safe and hopefully we will all get through this better individuals.
